We’ve been using Computer Initiatives as our IT solutions provider for over a decade. Their honest and pragmatic approach to IT business services is excellent. Their onsite support and in house back up services suit our business needs. Today, they went above and beyond and delivered the best customer service one can ever expect. After an 8am phone call, Jordan took the initiative, (not pun intended) visited site immediately, took the server away, ran diagnostics, cloned a hard drive, ran performance checks all whilst continuing with regular duties for other customers. Throughout the day we received regular updates, honest assessments of the status of the repair and realistic timelines for solutions. At 6pm, Jordan was still in the office waiting to return the server to a very grateful customer. Great job pal, you are a credit to your employer!

Fast, fantastic service!

Avoid at all costs.We brought a laptop to repair: on/off button doesn’t work. We used it for months by pressing a paper clip to start- the laptop worked perfectly.He returned the laptop dead and said “it needs a new motherboard”. No apology, no nothing. A socially awkward and rude man.

The team at CI are great to deal with. They are experts in all things Office 365 and cloud computing. I’d highly recommend them.
