What can I say!? There’s nothing better than waking in to a place where everyone who works there knows your name, and that’s what you get at this gym. John, Jeanette and Andy are all the most friendliest, motivating trainers I’ve ever worked with, and they always greet you with a smile (and they know when you’ve had time off from the gym too! Yikes!). This place is all about community, pumping music and people chasing all kinds of goals, and these wickedly amazing trainers will help you get there!! Come along, you won’t regret it!! :)

Currently doing the 30day challenge at Urban Gym. The gym is a great space and the trainers and fellow members are very kind and helpful. They provide a personal experience in group sessions. The training is hard and kept fun and interesting. Will defiantly be staying on to develope my boxing skills and gain full body fitness. Can't highly recommend coming and checking it out.

I have been training at Urban Gym for 6 months now. I started with the 30 day trial and continued after having a very positive experience during a particularly emotionally challenging part of my life.It's a non judgemental, safe, fun and welcoming space to train with staff and gym members who genuinely care and encourage others stemming from the example and leadership of John.I enjoy the group sessions, with boxing, combo and strength being my favourites.If you have read my review this far... Don't take my word for it..It's worth trying it for yourself! see you at Urban!

Love love this place it isn't just a gym it's a awesome community. The Urban crew are the most supportive team I've come across they go above and beyond. Your definitely not a number here and the follow up is five stars too.. I have seen great results and have had all the support I've need to achieve my goals..

The Urban Gym team are great! Positive and down to earth. There are no egos, no airs and graces. Just people who care about helping you reach your goals through support and a team oriented environment. The work outs are challenging but they know how to have fun as well. Thanks to John and the team...I am getting back into it :-)

I have been a part of urban gym family for 6 months & I am 100% addicted. Good mix of males/females who make you feel so welcomed. Trainers create a great variety of fun motivating classes & are always happy to push & support you. Plenty of laughs & friendly competition especially in ongoing challenges.My 9 yr old daughter is part of urban gym kids & wanted to add 'I wanted to thank Johnny & team for making kids classes are so much FUN with lots of laughs, I dont even realise I've been working out.. & I get to meet other friendly kids.

The perfect blend of fitness, fight fundamentals and fun! As a newbie to boxing and a girly girl at heart, I was looking for a gym that teaches all of the fighting techniques without the contact. The Urban Crew have delivered that and then some. If you are looking for a gym that cares, provides a unique fitness regime that suits you and not the masses; then look no further. Great people, welcoming atmosphere and great timetable. Hone your skills with Andy, sweat it out with Jeanette and be pushed to your limits with John!

From the first chat with John, to walking onto the mat for my first class there was encouragement and support all the way through. Urban has a great atmosphere and the trainers are awesome - really motivated, helpful and no two sessions are ever the same (so you don't get bored doing the same thing over and over). Specialising in boxing, strength and conditioning training - Urban Gym's the place to be!

L O V E T H I S G Y M ! !Attending Urban Gym for 5 months and each day I walk in, I am greeted by a community using boxing and fitness as a mechanism to maintain a positive mindset and to achieve success towards their personal goals. The classes they provide are challenging, fun and motivating, which results in me smashing every workout.You'll never meet a bunch of more supportive people!100% recommend for anyone wanting to start a journey towards accomplishing their fitness goals!
