Great service and great food + drink. Proof was able to accomodate for a friend who has specific dietary requirements; proof emailed x2 and called x1 to confirm the requirements, put food aside and changed their methods of cooking/seasoning to accomodate. Really impressed with the prompt service and friendliness of staff. Great atmosphere here. We definitely will be back!

Been trying to get out to toowoomba for Proof ever since the unfortunate closure of the windsor restaurant. Ryan was very welcoming and even through the trials proof has gone through he's still upbeat and his passion is extremely easy to see and just flows into the food quality.Proof is the best BBQ restaurant i've ever been to. i took a number of work colleagues who'd never been to Proof and they all loved it as well.this is the perfect restaurant for people who want real great quality BBQ with an emphasis on sharing and conversation around the table.can't wait to go back already

Amazing place. Excellent food.Ordered cornbread, Mac n cheese, chicken wings. All were amazing.The ambiance and smoke from bbq was awesome( I don't eat meat but it smelled amazing). The choice of whiskeys and beers were decent. Service was excellent.Gave a typical feeling of what an American pub would be like.

Fantastic Food, Service and Atmosphere.What an absolute delight to find this place on our second visit to Toowoomba. Absolutely delicious food. We enjoyed the pork belly bites, Fried Chicken, Beef Brisket, Potato Skins, Mac & Cheese with Bacon and the Corn sides. Service was faultless all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. So nice to visit a restaurant of this standard. Thanks guys.

Absolutely amazing! We (a couple) had a good time here in Friday night. Mouthwatering food and quick preparation. I loved their brisket and jalapeno poppers. Great whisky collection. Lovely people and friendly service. It wasn't so crowded, not sure because of the long weekend. Easily accessible location and you can find street parking or located in walking distance from Grandy. Definitely recommend and easily 5 stars!

Small chance this is heaven.Beautifully made food. And if you go you have to try their cornbread, oh my word. Only God could describe how good it was.Service was perfect, friendly and prompt.The atmosphere was amazing. Though we did go on a Sunday night. It was quiet, with an amazing feel of simple elegance and natural beauty despite being in the location it is.
