No hands on therapy in first appointment only a chat about health history and what exercises to do walk in feeling discomfort and pain walked out feeling discomfort and pain and $100 less in my pocket later for a 30 minute appointment pretty deflated and disappointed

To begin with I have used this practice in the past to excellent results. However the current staff are awful... They have a bunch of new young attractive graduates working there at the moment. I have visited a few different ones in the last few weeks and they all have completely different solutions and methods. None of which seemed to come close to anything that resembled a solution. My original physio that used to work here had a PHD and used a bunch of wattmeters to measure muscle output etc. and requested scans. Where the new girls don't seem the slightest bit interested in finding out what's going on.

I attended on recommendation from a friend, following an ankle injury. I entered feeling confused by the lack of explanation from the hospital that had treated me and left with a great understanding of that was damaged, goals, exercises to work on strengthening and with more hope that I could get some normality back. Robert was so kind, non judgmental and has great people skills. He made me feel comfortable, heard and encouraged me to safely get back into what I love doing. I'm so glad I've been recommended to attend here.
