Friendly staff, excellent explanation on my pets condition, and very organised. Definitely one of the best Greencross vet I’ve been to!

Very rude. If you are trying to find a vet clinic where you feel comfortable this isn’t the vet for you. I’ve had good experiences with all green crosses except this one

I am appalled and disgusted with the communication and level of accountability your vet nurses have showned me and my pet and in particular by Bella your nurse and Amanda your Practice Manager.The lack of empathy, care and communication with Greencross Hornsby is appalling!! not to mention the numerous bookings that was incorrect or wasn’t in the system, the waiting times spent in spite of having a booked appointment and the lack of communication or acknowledgement is not something pet owners should ever have to experience. This is not the vet you want to go to if you want someone who loves animals and actually cares about their well being!! 18th May 2023

They didn’t put our booking down in the system and we were forced to wait an hour with our cat who was extremely stressed. Unreliable
