I was visiting Australia from Texas, and needed a trim. I found this salon on google. I did not have an appointment but I walked over. They were able to take me in as a walk in before their next client! Alvis was so great! I loved my cut and blow out! Would definitely recommend. Spanish is most of the stylist native language but not to worry they also speak English very well! Loved the vibe and the team work of the salon!

Located right in the heart of Melbourne CBD, this Latin place is a hidden gem when it comes to salons. Notice I said hidden, well, it’s a bit confusing to find as we have to walk inside the dated but elegant arcade, take the elevators to the 8th floor, walk through the corridors to finally reach the suite 803. But don’t let the medieval elevators and archaic hallways fool you by putting skepticism or second thoughts in your mind, trust me, it’s definitely worth a trip. Yes, I mean it! It’s worth the time, the money and the energy. The staff here will make you feel welcomed, even ask you for a cup of coffee, all at a fraction of price, almost half to be precise. Absolutely loved the haircut and the complimentary hair wash just for $25.PS: They are usually fully booked during weekends and it’s best to book online in advance.

Worst ever experience. False advertising, lack of experience, unreliable. I am from out of town, was visiting for a wedding and booked for an upstyle 3 weeks in advance. When I went to my appointment, I was told there was only 1 hairdresser working that day and he couldn’t do upstyles- the person I booked for no longer works there. I wasn’t contacted regarding this but was still sent a reminder of my appointment the day before??. He proceeded to do curls which wasn’t at all what I had planned for, and sure enough, as I told him they would, they had fallen out of my hair before I even got back to the hotel. This was the worst experience ever at a hairdressers, and while he was quite pleasant, it was very upsetting and I ended up having to just tie my hair back in a ponytail. Wouldn’t recommend unless you can visit them first and make sure they can do exactly what you need.

It seemed that the person had no experience, he gave me a completely different cut than what I asked for, I cut my hair really badly, I didn't know what to do anymore and I washed it out of nowhere... The worst thing that has happened to me.
