Very poor communication. Never acknowledged they were water jet cutting my order, thought they had ghosted me. Then got a call saying my job was done 2 weeks later for parts I didn’t need any more. I also requested highest quality cuts and they are still poor quality, no better than standard quality from water jet cutters.

Zaki at MRC was very helpful and patient with me as I went through several iterations of a CAD file to cut a titanium firewall for my project. His attention to detail in helping match the final product to my individual frame attach points made the job easy. Highly recommend MRC, in fact I drive all the way across to Bayswater from Gisborne - it's worth it!

Friendly expert advice and quick turn around times. These guys will cut anything, no job too big or too small! We have used them a number of times for various projects from dog tags to clocks, garden art, car parts and even custom made furniture. Waterjet cutting is a very powerful and flexible technique, which can be used to cut almost everything: metal, glass, plastic, etc.MRC Waterjet provides fast and professional service with fair prices. They cut 3 mm borosilicate glass and stainless steel for me, the work was done well. I strictly recommend this company and have recommended it to my colleagues, thus don't be surprised if some customers will ask to cut something exotic" like parts for an electron microscope :)Good luck in your business!"
