Staff are friendly easy to access, just a pity there is no free community recycling.

Way overpriced

Bathurst's waste and recycling location. Located at the end of College Road, Batherst's waste disposal centre is reasonably well set up. Vehicle mass is weighed on entry and weighed again on leaving. Cost is calculated on the subtracted exit weight. A waste disposal building allows for easy drop off of most general waste while just opposite is drop off for recycling materials. All sealed areas at these locations so vehicles will remain clean.For larger amounts you can drive directly to the tip face where you will find different locations for different types of waste.Some recycling materials are free to drop off but many are pay for by the disposal weight.Best to check before making the drive up there as if not separated you will be charged at general waste rate per kilo.
