Althought the work was done and, was promt, his demeanor towards my friend was unacceptable.I was the one that arranged for this repair, Matthew required payment once finished, although this is normal and was happy with this, his demeanor was, he set off my friends anxiety with his demand for payment, automatically following her into her house and staning over her until proof was sent through,I've had other contractors requiring payment like this and I've never had anyone so rude and pushy.I'd love to give a 5star review, but, no...
