Customer service is non-existent.Staff are clueless and rude. Asked to pay for two items separately (one on card and the other on afterpay) and to apply a loyalty voucher on the item that was to be paid on card. Not only was my loyalty voucher not applied in full, my afterpay order was input incorrectly resulting in both items having to be manually cancelled and reprocessed by the store assistant . I’m normally a very patient person however, it seemed like such a tedious task for the staff to do like it was my fault that they had stuffed up. I made myself very clear from the beginning that both items were to be seperate transactions. Furthermore whist reprocessing the transactions, I was asked multiple times (in an abrupt tone) why I wanted to apply my loyalty voucher to the item which I was paying for by card as it was lower in price compared to the item that was being purchased on afterpay. After advising that I preferred to have it applied to the lower priced item, one of the store assistant’s giggled and mumbled an inappropriate remark to her colleague.Does it matter where and how I choose to apply my loyalty voucher? This whole experience really infuriated me as there was not an inch of care or acknowledgement for the inconvenience you caused me (currently out of pocket and awaiting $250 to be reimbursed back to me). You can make rude remarks about your customers however… just remember that we are the ones that help keep your stores in operation….Due to this experience, I will not be shopping here again.

Great product, I bought this bag from Mimco Erina more than 2 years now for everyday use, so happy with the quality it’s like brand new.

I went on Sunday 30 minutes prior to the store closing and the girl was so lovely and patient and took her time to help me the prefect present for a friend... and I got a voucher to comeback and get something for me.. definitely will be coming back, great customer service!
