SPAR Express

Generally Services are great, but I went in recently to buy 3x bags of Ice and the girl on the floor looked at me, ignored me and continued to do what she was doing at the coffee machine. She then proceeded to service 2x women that came in after me and stood behind me. Proceeded to have a conversation with them. I stood there waiting until the gentleman (awesome every-time he serves me) came out from the back and serviced me. Being of black origin (not aboriginal) this really rubbed me the wrong way. But I kept my mouth shut considering the time of year and family gathering I was on my way to.

I am quite disappointed in the service I received today for Spar. I phoned up to place an order for lunch and was spoken to rudely by a young girl on the phone. She hung up quickly and cut me off :(

Staff a very friendly there. They make great coffees and yummy sandwiches and fried treats. They can also offer catering which I hear is excellent. Love dropping by for a morning coffee. :) You can also pick up groceries there too.

I have been to spar quite a few times lately and have had absolutely amazing service by an I individual named Jack. Jack is very nice, friendly and also has a great smile. He is by far the best cook at spar and makes the best sandwiches, burgers, chips, chicken, etc, etc. He is the soul reason I continue to shop and go to spar as his level of service isn’t seen anywhere else. Well done Jack!!!

Rather a convenient place to go where I am currently staying and I go there quiet often. The food is nice and the store that both serves takeaway and also serves as a small grocery store is good. Although the pricing for a few things is rather bizarre like a small bottle of coke is more expensive than a large bottle and mist days they charge me an extra 0.70 for a scallop whereas they're usually $1 each :/

cost me $25 to get: 1x3L full cream milk, 1x2L lite milk, and some bananas. Daylight robbery fromthis joint, never going back. Nice staff but extortion prices for basic goods, why tf is 3L of milk basically $8?
