My grandma was late on some payments and they came took the bags and poured all the stuff in them onto the front and now it’s everywhere how rude is thatWe didn’t get contacted the pile was not neat at all never using this service again

The Smiles team always arrive on my allocated day and have on at least two occasions picked up extra garden waste that was near my green bag without charge! What a nice surprise to come home too!! Can’t recommend them enough.
