Waste of time. Engaged 12mths ago, they fobbed us off to do all pre-construction docs, showed us properties that they said were ~$1100 per sqm2, I send all drawings, 4mths later of multiple follow ups I get a lame email with no detail or tender docs with a figure close to $2000 per sqm2. So unless you are willing to pay $2k per sqm2 - don't bother, save yourself a lot of time too.
