Great quality custom musician moulded earplugs!

I definitely should have gotten the ear plugs sooner. I love how much it blocks sound, better than the disposable ear plugs. I stopped using the disposable ear plugs because it was causing an irration in my ear and a build up of wax. I definitely recommend someone who is light sleeper to invest in these. It's a big spend but it's worth every cent for a peaceful rest.

I went with Pacific Ears for my IEM purchase as they were cheaper than other vendors with the added bonus of being Aussie too! What I didn't expect was an amazing customer service experience! The item was a pre-order (which I was already aware of, the ETA was listed clearly on their site) however they still reached out to me via email explaining this (which was a nice touch, sometimes with pre-orders you feel left in the dark). I then get another email with an updated ETA and also saying they will send my item via express post instead of regular. Once they sent out the item, I was notified again.I find myself always having to chase up people and companies, it was nice for once not having to worry about anything! Highly recommend this vendor.

My sleep plug have been a game changer! Such a light sleeper. It now blocks rubbish bin truck, dogs barking and birds chirping at 6am, and allows me to take a nap undisturbed by other noisy people during the day. Great customer service and quick dwlivery time from QLD to Melbs. Only regret is not getting this sooner. They are effective with noise blocking, comfortable for side and stomach sleepers, easy to clean and travel with, and clear colour is good for the aethetics. Worth the investment by a mile! Thank you!! I'm so happy, and been getting the best sleep I've had in all my life.

Ear plugs are suitable for small ears"... well no. They're not. When i asked about return policy they said "no returns". Pretty normal poor service
