Snooze Nunawading

Impeccable service! I went into the store on Saturday and was greeted by a very friendly staff member, Simon. I told him what I was looking for and he gave great advice and was very helpful overall. A few days later I decided to upgrade one of the 2 mattresses I bought (considering again the advice by Simon) and rang up their store. The lovely Debbie answered and continued the great service experience and got me sorted out with no hassles. I just wanted to thank you both and commend you on your professionalism. Almost makes me wish I had more beds to buy :D

Salespeople are a bit intense.I felt like I was a hot chip surrounded by seagulls.Every salesperson tried to have a crack at us when we just wanted to be left alone and look at what we wanted to look at.One guy tried multiple times.If we were left alone we would have stuck around to buy something, but we got sick of being approached or feeling like certain sections had gatekeepers.

Debbie was very friendly and professional.We had a good help on choosing which mattresses and frame to go with.Thank you :)

The installation was quite disappointing. None of the nails are appropriately screwed in. That makes the bed head loose and shaky. We had to redo all the nails but can’t fully fix them due to the inaccuracies they’ve made already. Also the frame missed one nail which may cause imbalance. They didn’t provide any extra nails for us.

Bad experience. Sales person hovered around but did not talk about the features of the bed. We did not realise the base was much larger than the standard double bed mattress size as it was covered by bedding. The Sales assistant should have pointed this out. Made up, the bed did not look bigger than the mattress and it was a queen size on the floor.On delivery, we discovered the frame was 12 cm wider and 20-30 cm longer than the double bed mattress and too big in our room.I received a harsh response from the sales assistant when I called back after delivery to query whether the wrong size had been delivered. They refused to take the bed back saying it was custom made" because we chose the fabric covering.I suggest Nunawading store staff get customer service training to properly assist customers with requirements and measurements etc."

I purchased a mattress from Snooze in Ferntree Gully but unfortunately they didn't have stock of the one I had chosen so we went over to Snooze Nunawading to pick it up.The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The mattress was already on a trolley and waiting for us to pick it up at the front door before we had arrived.Couldn't be happier with the service we received from both Snooze stores.

I purchased the Iris Nights queen bed and bedside tables. I'm delighted with the workmanship, quality and design of these products, which are made in Victoria, Australia. Their beautiful modern style should be evident in the photo. I also got a Sealy Exquisite mattress which has been wonderfully comfortable.Debbie's service was superb. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, detail-oriented and responsive. I had a special request where I wanted the stain matched to that of an existing item (from the same range, but purchased a few years before). This request was generously accepted and perfectly executed, with updates from the factory. Also, Phil efficiently organized the delivery.Snooze Nunawading has a brilliant team along with a very impressive product range and I highly recommend them.

Jackie's customer service skills, product knowledge and the effortless time she gave is a rare service this day and age. The service we have received really is exceptional and l cannot recommend this store and Jackie in particular to anyone in need of a new mattress / bed. AMAZING!! the staff are all sooo friendly and know exactly what they are doing and what would suit you best with lots of knowledge to offer. Great service and massive veriety but simple and easy! Would 100% recommend!!
