Doble Express Transport

Absolutely useless ‘delivery’ company. My partner has 9 parcels which have been sitting in their Orange depot for almost two weeks. They have not made any contact regarding delivery. She has called and left messages numerous times with no response. My only wish is that I could give them zero stars to match their zero customer service.

Left a very expensive package at my door when no one was home and they just signed for it them self waited over two weeks for them to deliver package and it only had to travel 2 hours away terrible service one one gets back to you

Disgraceful service!! Parcel at depot according to tracking for five days and still not delivered! Unable to get phone calls answered or emails!

Shameless. I would give 0 starts if I could. Forget about you parcel with them, will never arrive. Terrible costumer service , they have been telling me 3 times that they would have call me back and they never did till they stop answering my calls . I had to cancel my order and asking a refund to the store I bought from because of the embarassing delay.

Terrible customer service, no one gets back to you, no one picks up the phone called them for five business days in a row with no answer. This carrier was a preferred carrier for an item we were waiting for to be delivered to us website said it was due on 11/11 for delivery today is the 16/11 and still no item. Tracking says on board this morning at 8am for delivery now 1:50pm updated returning to depot. We understand that carriers and freight delays occur but it is clear this company is lacking some direction in their service levels and customer service.

Although packages are delivered i would love it if drivers didn't kick the door down when they bash on the door so hard im sure the block can hear it. Just knock like normal people instead of disrupting the entire house

I have had two bad experiences with this company. Each time my packages have been handed over to Doble express by another transport company who completed the first leg of the delivery on time. My first package was sat at the depot in Orange, NSW for two weeks before I called up to ask why it had not yet been delivered. I was told that the delivery company had been very busy, my package was delivered the next day.My second experience was not as easy. Based on my first experience I decided to call the day after the ‘expected delivery date’. I was informed that there was a mechanical fault with the truck and that my package would be delivered the following Thursday (4 business days later). My package was not delivered, I called again and was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday (after easter long weekend), again my package was not delivered so I called the next day on Wednesday. I was advised that my package was on the truck and would be delivered that day. I was also given details on who to contact regarding obtaining a refund for the cost of delivery. Again, my package was not delivered. It was finally delivered the following day; however, the product was damaged.While the delivery experience was bad, the customer service representative was helpful hence, the two star rating and not one star.

Appalling service, as stated by pretty much everyone on here. Parcel arrived at Orange depot and sat there for 3 weeks!! The forward delivery company assigned couldn't get in contact with them (turns out they didn't have the right phone number to start with). Once I got hold of them, they had trouble finding my parcel and then said it would be delivered in 2 days time and not possible sooner, with barely any apology. I wait and see if it will get delivered!

This mob are absolutely hopeless!!!! I called on a Monday from Parkes an hour away, was told parcel would be delivered in the next couple of days.Called Wednesday, told it would be on the Truck for Thursday. Called Thursday told it was on the truck but took itself off again. This is all in the lead up to Christmas. The poor girl in the office who I abused is told she cannot go out the back to check on whether freight is in fact on the truck. The guys out the back are therefore doing whatever pleases them, not having to deal directly with annoyed people like myself. I doubt they could deliver a breath of fresh air - honestly - hopeless, don't believe a word they say - perhaps they should change their name to Santa Claus freight - deliver once a year, if you're good!!!

Terrible operators...unfortunately one of the freight companies I use, chooses to partner with DXT. I thought Fastway . Aramex were bad...these guys would have to be next in line for the award for 'most hopeless'. Going on 4 weeks and still no confidence in being able to delivery. Freight companies are an extension of ones' brand...and these guys are not worth your time. How they are in business is beyond me.
