Amazing service by Jason! He collected the pups from my place in Sydney and delivered to Melbourne! The puppies were taken good care of, they arrived happy and in a clean crate. He was very reassuring and took the time to answer all my questions. Great service and very professional. Will definitely recommend to everyone who needs a pet transportation service!

I reached out to Pets 2 You and from the very beginning the communications were quick and clear, with a very competitive quote given almost instantly. Nothing was too much trouble, firstly giving our first desired pick up date of our new puppy, and secondly offering to pick up our new puppy direct from the breeder, going out of his usual way to ensure a smooth pick up. Our puppy arrived safely, happy and very swiftly.We were kept up to date on the pick up from the breeder, as well as the travel en route to Sydney and the well-being of our puppy. Our mind was at ease for the duration of the experience. As we had onward interstate travel, Jason even gave a fluffy mat for our puppy’s travel crate which was highly appreciated. On delivery, we were also updated on the puppies travel and habits so that we could ensure our puppy had a smooth first day with us.Thank you Jason and Pets 2 You! 5-star service, communications and care.
