I recently hosted my son's 3rd birthday party at Vitaland Kids Cafe, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was delicious, catering to both kids and adults with delightful flavours and impeccable presentation. Everything ran smoothly, thanks to the exceptional organisation and attention to detail from Blair. She was amazing to deal with throughout the planning process. Her dedication and professionalism made a significant difference. Vitaland Kids Cafe exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to host a memorable kids' celebration.

Had the pleasure of visiting yesterday with my daughter and granddaughter. Lots of fun for everyone and thank you to the staff for being so attentive and helpful. Also a big shout out to staff who were being so patient with customers. The facility was full and the staff tried their best to accommodate everyone and schedule times but some parents were very rude... shame on you in front of your children. Better manners would be much more appropriate !

Love taking my kids here. Staff are friendly, the place is clean and has been cleaned throughout our time spent there each and every time. So much for the kids to explore, lots of imaginary play.

My kid enjoyed it. However, the place is quite small and gets crowded, also some toys are broken. We could come more often should they not charge adults.

This place has so much potential, however staff are rude and staff need to explain how the place works, rather than assume people know. Got there was told my baby and myself needed socks, so I had to get some, then realised later they sold them there, though the lady did not tell me. Upon entry I was told I must order the complimentary coffee immediately as the cafe part was closing, then went to order and the lady at the cafe said no more coffees were being made. After a discussion with me and the lady at the entry, I got a coffee…..then went to get on the train and was informed we couldn’t get on as I needed a ticket, however I was not told this upon entry!

Had my daughter’s 4th Birthday there today and it was excellent, beyond expectations. The kids had a great time, the play area has lots for them to do for 2 hours. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the service and food was great. The play center is very new and clean, and we were the only party on at the time so it didn’t feel too crowded or overwhelming. Less stressful party experience than The Play Cave, Flip Out and Inflatable World!

The place is okay not that great.. quiet small, the toys in the baby section are broken and quiet dirty to be honest.staff are extremely rude and seemed like they don't want to be there.I visited with my family last weekend and I purchased an entry ticket for a 2 hour play as well as a ticket for a train ride.I walked up to one of the staff (lady with mid short hair) VERY VERY RUDE AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. And was told my son couldn't get on the train as I didn't have a ticket even though I showed her my ticket and my wristband as she was the one that handled my payment upon entry.Will not be visiting again and will inform averyone of how rude, unpleasant and unprofessional the staff are there. Yuck. Shame on you.
