The most unhygienic 7/11 I have ever seen. No cleaning from ages it seems. I can see flies around the coffee machines as they haven’t cleaned them from so long.Really need to care about hygiene

The guy working there now is the worst 7 eleven staff I have encountered. Lazy and he doesn't have product knowledge about the items sold in the store. I was getting an item and he doesn't know that the one on the app promotion is the same thing that I was holding it's funny he said that the ome in the app says sweet and buttery banana bread and he said that its not the same item as if he doesn't work there. They only have 2 banana bread, plain one and the walnut banana bread. after I said that it's the same thing I told him that I wont get it and he rudely said put it back where I get it. laziest staff not gonna go there anymore.he should walk around and clean the coffe station and slurpee instead of being lazy and just holding his phone.

Bloody hopeless. 11pm no one around got some petrol but couldn't get in to pay because the 2 staff were arguing with each other in God knows what language. Finally got in to pay but had to tell the 2 staff to stop arguing and let me pay. Then I had to ask them, still arguing, to open the door so I could leave. Lift your game 7 Eleven night staff should be as good if not better than average.

Love the slushies. And fair on prices in store. The coffee machines are good and have good taste. Easy access and service

I went there to get a donuts and when i was about to pay, the cashier was being so rude. He asked me the name of the donuts which I don’t know exactly the name and he keeps on checking it, flipping the bag to check the donut and even asked me to take it out for him to check. I asked for the receipt nicely and as I was about to take the receipt, he just drop it on the table for me to pick it up. He has no manner at all. I used to like to go there but that behaviour is just unacceptable! I will never go there ever again.

My phone died on the way home from work and asked the guy working if he could charge my phone. I had my cable for it.He said no, refused to give me directions to my home and told me to use the petrol station across the road. Two kind strangers overheard this and helped me charge my phone + stayed with me until I got an uber and made sure I was safe. They told him off for his rudeness and for giving me false information, (apparently he's done this before to other girls and knows that other store is closed)I understand security protocols at this time of night, but turning away a young girl stranded at night, refuse to help & lie to her, That's cruel. Please look into this & train your staff on how they can help. There's so many things you can do rather than turn someone away. That girl you turn away could be someone's daughter and might never make it home
