I bought running shoes for the gym online and they arrived and looked exactly as they did on the website.I also could not find a particular jacket I wanted that ticked all the boxes but I walk into my local rebel sports store and they had exactly what I wanted and also the staff were so friendly and helpful.Rebel bourke st.... thank you jayden for your excellent customer service... you so helpful and lovely about it too

Bad Customer Service from the Chubby long hair girl who does click and collect at the register counter. Not greeting me as a customer is just plain Rude especially when I have just spent 160 dollars at the store. Not coming back again because of her rude behaviour.

Terrible workers with bad attitude customer service especially from the two filo guys wearing earrings and gold chains. Doesn't even look like a staff. Looks more like a bunch of try hards. I asked them a question regarding about cricket bats and they just shrugged their shoulders and act like they know nothing at all. Just not good enough from rebel employing all these low IQ workers.

Staff member told me to go that way" assuming I was going to the check out when I wanted to look at the products behind him.Staff are also very pushy on sales but dont welcome you into the store or actually talk to you about what you're after.Poor layout of store."

Friendly and helpful staff however there is limited soccer training aids. Just delegated into a corner section. It's not as big and spacious as other rebel stores eg. Hurstville, Bankstown etc. which might explain less stock.

Extremely ridiculous customer service and I’d probably say the worst outlets out of all rebels that I went. I’ve called for a product and they’ve confirmed it has in stock but I went right after to pick up - product is disappeared! But that’s not only fact , on the floor its tough to get hold off anyone to talk , either they pretend they are busy or not approachable at all.Never again at this store!

Bought a skipping ropw for $15 aud, then the lady asked if i want to be a member and i said yes, gave me a dicount and only paid $10 aud. Good times!
