Tracy did mine and my mum's hair and make-up for my brother's wedding and we were both very happy with her work. I was extremely surprised when I was able to book an appointment with Tracy the day before my sister in laws bridal shower, and my gosh how thankful I am that she just happened to be free! Tracy did an absolutely beautiful job on my make up, as someone with combination skin and lots of break outs she did a flawless job and it looked so natural. I would highly recommend her for anyone living in Melbourne or travelling to Melbourne like myself I will definitely use her again whenever I visit.

Tracy was very engaging, professional and really lovely to deal with. Her hair and makeup was immaculate. She took great care to understand what we wanted. I am 58, my mum is 81 and I was a little worried about not looking like ourselves but her makeup was restrained yet completely enhanced our natural features. The makeup and hair lasted all day and we received so many lovely compliments. She arrived and finished on time.Tracy made us feel amazing and totally at ease on the day. I could not be more thrilled to have chosen Tracy to do the makeup for me and my bridal party for my wedding day. I don't wear makeup often so wanted a natural look, but other than that I didn't really know what I wanted. Tracy could not have been more perfect in every single way - we could honestly not have wished for any more in a hair and makeup artist. She totally put my mind at ease (even with a break out on the morning of the wedding (argh!)) and made me feel comfortable and beautiful on our special day - and I felt beautiful ALL DAY! Tracy was efficient, so professional, and a really really interesting and fun woman to spend the day with (definitely important on your wedding day!). She was patient, listened to what my bridesmaids, mum and I wanted, and her breadth of experience really shone. Over the course of the day she did hair and makeup for me, my two bridesmaids, my mum and did the hair for two flower girls. She even had my dad jealous he wasn't part of the action and before we knew it he too was sitting in the chair, with Tracy putting hairspray in his hair! Tracy and her colleague Sue did my bride tribe's wedding hair and makeup and I couldn't be happier!Tracy and Sue were so lovely and friendly as well as making us look absolutely fabulous. They both went above and beyond and helped out with the flower girls, page boys, and my Mum! They are both very experienced and highly skilled at wedding hair and makeup. Tracy was lovely to work with in organising our wedding schedule even when COVID postponed our wedding three times. I would definitely recommend The Makeup Room to anyone!!

Tracey will not disappoint! I had my first ever hair and makeup done and was lucky to get an appointment with Tracey. She is so down to earth and totally understands mature aged woman and what they really want. I asked for natural and not over the top, which is what I got. She also changed my hairstyle when I wasn’t comfortable with the first look. Tracey really is a champion and will send you on your way feeling stunning!

I was lucky enough to have Tracy do hair and makeup for myself and my sisters on my wedding day. It was the most humid day with power outages and she was the calmest and most practical professional. Equally as impressive, the makeup was flawless, suitable and lasted the duration of the day without budging. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Tracy did my makeup and hair for my hens night and she was amazing! She was so easy going, friendly and she came to me. The make up and hair was perfect exactly what I wanted. The makeup was a soft glam that looked great and felt great it didn’t feel like I had lots of makeup on or anything! She is very very talented.
