Disgusting. Ordered 3 noodles. This was a large pad thai for $20. Its overcooked, barely any chicken, no veg, just a box of soggy oily mush. Rather eat 2 min noodles.What an idiotic reply from the owner. Even the owner doesn't think its a pad thai worth $20. I want a full refund or ill be reporting you to the health dept.

Wok in a box Banksia Grove opened recently and I had to try it as I love my stir fry. I have tried a few places around Banksia Grove and a few other Wok in a box take away joints around the area and can happily say this was one of the best stir fry I have had in a while. The owner was willing to customise the taste to my liking. Made the noodles right while I was waiting. Customer service was really good and who would not return when you have delicious food, great customer service and local owner.During busy periods be prepared to be patient as there may be a queue due the food being so good.There is ample parking available.

Worst service . So slow . They don’t answer their phones . Not enough staff so slow on making the food . Seriously can’t get how slow they are . Food not nice at all .

Our last few orders have been messed up by user eats and menu log, don't waste your time using those services unless you must, be prepared to be disappointed.1 time we received the wrong order, when it was rectified our order was still missing dishes.Other time we received 1 order but not the other.Hats off to the staff who delivered our missing dish personally.Not the stores fault with the orders, although we've found the sauce used is too much and there's a weird oily after taste that remains.Foods OK, could be better, not enough vegetables or meat, over the top amount of noodles and sauce.

Had the vegan hot spicy with vermicelli, usually very good from other stores but wow, less than 10 tiny cubes of tofu? pretty stingy considering your paying $20+ for rice noodles and a splash of veges and sauce

Well done !I haven’t had food from here in over a year due to the food being to salty. I decided to give it another try and found it quite tasty. They have improved a lot. Very happy with my meal

Had the same experience last time I ate here… Had the Singapore noodles… Wow, lay off the curry flavour. Yuk! Absolutely disgusting flavour… unfortunately the flavours are always just full on curry… disappointing
