I took my bike to Trek for a service before a big race. Unfortunately they discovered it needed a lot of expensive work. I was terrified it wouldn’t be finished in time, but the staff at Trek had it sorted with ample time to spare. And the bike is better than new!! Highly recommend & will definitely be back.

Large well appointed shop with all of the best gear at reasonable prices and very knowledgeable staff. The bike mechanic in particular was very helpful. Replaced my problematic tire on my gravel bike on short notice and gave lots of advice on local and regional rides - highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a bike to surprise my hubby for his birthday. Everything went so smoothly. Special thanks to Henry, who did an awesome job delivering my order on time and without extra charge. That was so kind and generous. I'll definitely not think twice coming back to this shop if t I need any bike accessories or if we need a new one in the future. All the best!!

After having a complete service, everything seemed Ok. But after a few months, found that my headset had frozen up. The mechanic hadn't bothered to look at the headset, even though I paid for a complete overhaul. I'll be taking my bike to be serviced somewhere else.

The customer service at Trek Fyshwick was incredible. Jim was very helpful with us when we first visited store and then Mac couldn't do enough to help when we wanted to move forward with buying the bikes. I'd also built my bike rack incorrectly on the car and Mac helped me rebuild it so I could get our bikes home. Really friendly staff, helpful and great advice. One of the best customer experiences I've had.

Your staff are very friendly and know what they're talking about. I had an issue with a slashed tyre a few days ago and thought it was a tubeless. Within seconds (and even before taking the tyre off the wheel), your employee said the problem was likely a hole in the tube" (!!?)

Best customer service I’ve received at a bike shop in all of Canberra. Such friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was buying a bike rack and they helped me fit a couple of different models to my car to work out the best one. They were also very understanding when I had to return a product . Outstanding service. Thank-you.

I went to buy a new bike for my 12 year old daughter after Christmas on 29 Dec. The options presented by the sales person were very helpful to me. He showed me the different sizes, after a demonstration we chose the larger size medium. The price point between the models were competitive with each other and in the end we chose the top of the line Marlin for the sake of the small extra spend. We bought a helmet and then I bought a bike lock for myself too. Very smooth transaction/order/pick up. I particularly like the convenience of the cafe next door (Fyshwick) as it makes the visit to the store like a destination afternoon tea. We have four kids and three ride Trek bikes.

My experience at Trek Fyshwick has been very positive. The salesperson provided me with multiple options and gave me the opportunity to test ride the bikes.Once I had selected my new bike the team fitted all accessories I purchased with it.The team are friendly, honest, knowledgeable and helpful. All products are high quality and reasonably priced.I look forward to dealing with Trek Fyshwick i the future
