Exceptional experience.Had our AC fail at the worst possible time - during a heat wave in summer. I searched online and spoke to 2 other companies who didn’t have any available that day.Found Epic Air online and they sent out a technician on the same day and were able to temporarily repair the system while they waited for the part to arrive. Went way over and aboveI was very pleased with the technician. He treated my home like his own! He was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the way in simple termsWould definitely use again and I highly recommend.

The guys are Epic Air managed to squeeze us in at the end of last year during a really hot summer. They remover our old ducted system and installed a new one. All works completed with little fuss. They even serviced a split system we had in another part of the house for us. Thanks so much! Highly recommend!!

From start to finish this Company was so professional and effecient. Even with Lockdown they managed to make it work for me and have the installation organised. Chris was a pleasure to deal with when he quoted, and the boys that came for the job were so friendly, cleaned up after, and bang on time - which is always welcomed..

The Epicair team installed our ducted air conditioning in Concord in the peak of summer. The boys on site were super helpful, extremely polite and professional (given the heat that day!) and cleaned up after themselves. They even came back to finalise one of the rooms once we fixed the roofing! The office team also do an incredible job in keeping us updated while we do our regular servicing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
