Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.....on hold for over 1 hour then get cut off! Pathetic....

Month to month contract, must provide 30 days notice in writing to cancel. Service has already transferred to a new provider. Basically milking me for another month without providing any service. Not a great way to get repeat customers.

What an absolute joke, they never answer their phone, day after day call and sit waiting on phone and they don't answer I would think they have all run away or that the company has collapsed
