Great training facilities, great workout crew. Everyone is friendly, great variety of workouts. Love it, highly recommended.

I have already tried your place out sorry. Wasn't too pleased with the trainer i got nor did I get great service from the owner who was there. No harm, no hard feelings, but the 1 star was deserved from my experience and I have no doubt its probably changed since then :)

I love the vibe, energy and push I am given to go further both mentally and physically. 7 months in and the support that is always provided is next level.I personally have been supported and guided to work around ailments/injuries/fatigue and have always been offered alternate movements for what I can do.If google reviews let me I would give 4.5/5 because you know, 45 is the hot #.....but 5 it is!

After a tough few months, I was needing to find somewhere I could get a quick workout in but would also cater for me to bring my kids along and can just seat on their iPads why I workout and F45 was the place!!Mel, Jeff and the team are so welcoming and give you the extra push you need to get you through! Any question you have big or small they are always happy to help.I am currently on my second challenge and love every minute. The work outs are hard but they are over in 45mins and I couldn’t see myself not working out here now :)Thanks so much Mel, Jeff and the team
