Should be 0 stars, no Green P plates out the front, only Red and L. Waited 30 minutes inside and didn't move. All we needed was Green P plates for her car. If we are pulled over and booked, Service NSW will be paying the fine and will be coping the points I hope.

Terrible wait times. There are at least 10 customer service desks, yet only 4 staff members were operating them while the room was filled to capacity with people. Stingy workplace needs to employ more staff on weekends. Embarrassing.

RECENTLY HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE with Wagga RTA/RMS branch. Following points will you give you and them an idea of what to be aware of and for them to improve. First of all, On a Friday, I went there with my bro who had enough with them already and decided to stop going there as it was pointless due to the number of times he had been there but got no where with the none making sense NSW service staff on purchased car registration since he had been there more than 3 times but keep directed to home with nothing and I had to go another 3 times until they finally finished it. I'll come back updating this feedback since I have taken a lot of time as I kind of have been running out of my time in my days coming from work but will definitely will follow up on it and hopefully it would not be a waste for time for me or anyone next time.Note: The reason have given the 2 stats is only for people up there who did their job including receptionists/and staff.

Very abrupt and very rude staff. I came in to renew my license. The lady asked me why I hadn't done it online. I told her I wasn't very tech savvy.I came in and attempted to do it on the computers. I wasn't able to get a 10 year license from the app provided. She was quite flustered and it was awfully hot in there, so I don't blame her. But shouldn't I be given the option of assistance?I was given a form to fill out and waited to be called. When I was called, the lady asked me if I was getting a license renewal or getting a 10 year license. I don't know the lingo - I said both of those? I think? You know the lingo

Absolutely disgusting. Counted 45 people waiting for service. People sniffing and coughing. Obviously insufficient staff to accommodate demands. Not every RTA function can be done online. There was no way I was waiting for hours to do a simple transaction. Easier to drive to an adjoining town. Seems typical of the NSW government lately... inefficient. Advice: if you have no option but to visit, bring breakfast, lunch, dinner and three good books. You'll get through it all before you are served. And you'll probably end up with covid as well.

I have visited Service NSW 3 times regarding registering a car. I initially got what sounded like very accurate advice and so went ahead and paid considerable money to have the documents required. Went in on Saturday with everything prepared and was told they would get back to me after asking their manager on Monday as they weren’t familiar with advice I was given. I was NOT contacted the Monday morning and went in on my lunch break as they kept my papers and was now told that the advice was incorrect and could not be registered in that way. Considerable stress was made throughout the last week trying to get everything together for them and have now been told no. The workers are all lovely but I’m extremely disappointed in this incident.

Long wait but thats the Aussie way. But they could make the announcements of waiting numbers a little louder as the music and chatter noise makes it hard to hear if you not close to the notice boards. The staff are great but could use a few more.
