Mulberry Tree Childcare Wembley

Nice staff in the facility but dodgy management.. My two kids' were there for a single day per week for couple of months during my wife's studies so I asked for casual booking.. They have charged us for two days that my kids never stayed (we even informed well ahead that we're not coming). After I asked about this they replied assuring I will be refunded and even got my account details accordingly. After two months still no refund and finally I was informed that refund has been refused by the owner... Unbelievable stuff. Again, I have no complaints about facility itself, but be extremely careful when dealing with the management.. After all what they want is your money whether they actually took care of your child or not..

Mulberry Tree Wembley is a fantastic centre. My children have been attending for the last few months and have settled in very well. The staff are very friendly and professional and are always happy to help. They have massive outside spaces and the rooms are very nicley set out with great toys that my children love. I highly recommend this centre.

Terrific facility and staff

Amazing daycare and very nice and professional staffs. My two kids love these educators very much and they made lots of friends at here, they love the food here too. High recommend this daycare to others.

Very nice staff in this daycare, my kid is in Kindergarten this year, butbhe still enjoy stay in daycare. The educators choose books for kids based on their interesting, it is amazing.
