I have tried calling and messaging to use a voucher (as a refund was not offered) that I have from a cancelled birthday due to Covid.Not sure if the business has shut down as it has been impossible to get in contact with Tiffany. It is really sad to see that businesses are cashing in on events cancelled outside of the customers control.

Biscuits at Tiffany's does amazing work! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. With professional yet friendly service, and quality products made with amazing detail, they will have you coming back to order again, and again!

I have used this service for the 2nd time now and have found it amazing. I can't fault any of the service from communication right through to the quality of the product. Given that items are packed well enough to reach me in perfect condition in Darwin I'm over the moon!

Such creative pieces. Each order has its own personal touch and is made to perfection. You definitely have to try it for your next special occasion that requires a dessert or if you just need a mom night with cupcakes and wine!

I had seen Tiffanys work on Insta and decided to request her services for a dessert/ lollie table for my daughters christening. I am very disappointed that I used her services.The stress began when the day before the event she informed me that she wasn't setting up my table as it was not included in the quote. I had assumed it was as I indicated I needed this from the start. She was able to set it up after asking 3 times if I wasn't able to set it up myself. Upon talking to Tiffany at the reception I indicated that I needed it done before my guests arrived at the reception at 6. The church proceedings finished earlier and I was disappointed to see her still setting up as my guests arrived and the table looking less than expected. Tiffany left at 5:50 , I was expecting her to be done well before 6 if m guests arrive then as there is always early arrivals. I was then told by the reception staff how rude and unprofessional she was to them by requesting tables and table clothes, sponges and generally lacking communication and her general rudeness ect even though it was included in my fee. The lollies which she provided where inedible stale and hard. And left uneaten. When she came and picked up her items and I indicated that I was disappointed in her services she was blunt and walked away. I have written her a message indicating my concerns to no avail. She dismissed my messages instead complaining that she was too busy to respond to my concerns. This indicates her unprofessionalism and lack of communication. Please be ware if using her services as what you pay for is not what you get
