Jess's quality of service is second to none. Jess incorporates massage, and dry needling into her chiropractic treatment to help manage and alleviate pain. Her treatment offers immediate relief for sciatic pain as well. Unlike other chiro's who just adjust you and have you out the door in 5 mins (my last 2 chiros did this), her appointments are actually 30minutes or longer depending on your needs.I can't recommend Jess enough who i have been seeing for over 3 years now.

Setup my initial consult for a massage via their website. Website asks for an excessive amount of personal information. Initial consult for a massage is $90 and recurring visits show as $60. They repeatedly remind you that appointments can't be cancelled under 24hrs.Today 5 hours prior to my follow up appointment, I get a message saying that my appointment has been cancelled. I immediately message back attempting to reschedule to which I don't get a reply until the afternoon stating it will be a week until they can reschedule. Furthermore, While being fobbed off to another clinic I ask if I will have to pay an additional initial consultation fee - I find out it's $90 for all appointments because I misunderstood the pricing on their booking portal while acknowledging an initial consult" appointment for a massage.Staff member seemed dismissive; Either a hollow apology or an excuse but clearly no desire to make it up to a customer they have let down.
