I’ve enjoyed meals inclusive of truffle in the past and never really noticed much flavour, but the truffle we had from PBT was aromatic and had a beautiful notable flavour that really added to our Risotto. Thanks for providing such fine produce.

I was lucky enough to have a mushroom and truffle risotto at a friend’s dinner party and I can confirm that the truffle was excellent. Very fragrant and flavoursome.I am obsessed with truffle oil but nothing like having the real thing sprinkled all over you dish. Highly recommend it!

We were lucky enough to try some Pipers Brook Truffles and were seriously pleased! We tried the recipe they suggest on the website 'Truffle Pasta' to make the most if it. Easy to prepare and delicious. Highly recommend for a little indulgent ingredient in the kitchen

Excellent produce! I received the truffle in Melbourne within 24 hours of purchase. The truffle had a beautiful aroma that you could smell even before opening the box!It was incredibly flavoursome but not over powering. I cannot wait to try out more truffle recipes!
