Sales man Min, lacking customer service skills, we were waiting for over 20 min, he didn’t even communicated properly. Worst customer service.

Don't even wast your precious time and money. This is a chinese family run business selling chinese quality products. Seriously take advice from someone that's learn the hard lesson. Recently purchased a luxury air leather three seater recliner couch and a dinning table with six chairs and paid for delivery at a cost of $1100. After watching a old man and a young boy attempt to remove the items from the small truck i was forced to take charge this may explain why the items are so badly damaged the customer service response was disgusting so the items are now awaiting council collection. So disappointed every day in what this country has become no pride no standards no honesty anymore.
