Missy Chang is a true professional.I had such a positive experience at Smile Centre with Missy Chang - she is such a friendly, helpful and empathetic dentist. Felt comfortable and safe sitting in the chair. She talked me through the usually unpleasant numbing injection. Her gentle approach and reassuring words were so helpful. She showed so much care. Plus her dentistry skills are superb. Highly recommend this A+ dentist.

My experience with Smile dental started many years ago and continues because they are really lovely. My dentist Missy wants the best result for you and works hard and efficiently to get your teeth looking and functioning their best. My smile make over is something I wanted for years due to a crooked tooth. Missy arranged a longer consultation and she fixed everything replacing my older and deteriorated white fillings(20 years) and straightening my crooked tooth so I no longer feel self conscious.

Worst experience of my life. A few years ago now this company put me in hospital. I had a filling that was infected and rather then suggesting a root canal Dr Boctor filled over the infection (abscess) and prescribed antibiotics. I rung the following day to let them know I did not feel right and that my face was swelling and the tooth was very painful - the young reception said keep taking the antibiotics and call on Monday. I never made it to Monday to call them I was admitted to hospital Friday night /Saturday morning with a server infection and a temperature of 42 degrees. I had further tests and scans whilst in hospital to find out I would be having surgery to have the tooth removed. Once I was out of hospital and feeling a little better I called the Dental clinic to let them know what had happened and the older receptionist (laughed) under her breath and told me I was being dramatic when I asked for a refund of $350 (Dramatic about having a temperature so high that could have caused brain damage infection to heart problems or sepsis). I know suffer from server anxiety from the experience and have had to have multiple scans from 2019. I have health wise and my body have never been the same. I am so disappointed.

Best dentist I’ve been to. I get regular cleans and I’ve had fillings and extractions. Dr Boctor is very professional and he’s given great advice over the years. He’s great with my children’s teeth too. The kids are relaxed and at ease. The staff are all fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have recently had composite veneers done by Dr Victor Boctor , he is one of the most pleasant dentists I have ever come across . He enjoys his work and he makes you feel at ease .
