Just Ride Nerang

We went to Just Ride Nerang this morning to find our daughter a bike. We were met with exceptional customer service by Darren and another person downstairs. Both extremely knowledgeable in fitting our daughter, their advice was fantastic, their patience with her and us was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the exceptional service we will be back!!

I have always enjoyed going to Just Ride. Very professional and helpful. I had my bike fitted with Jan and the service was exceptionally. I have been to many bike stores. I have had my bike fitted before but Jan is the best. First class service!! The whole team was amazing. Highly highly recommend!!!

I ducked in yesterday after avoiding traffic. Grabbed a coffee and wandered around. Key things to note. Unlike most places this store had no piles of stock to unload because they were well staffed. So I didn't have to climb through boxs. Not dusty not dirty. All products were tidy and had prices.I managed to get a few things all in one place at very reasonable prices. Staff were great. Good to see a bike fit area with hip bones and foot bones models you have to get that stuff right! Decent range of saddles alot of clothing and some great Helmut advice

Great shop and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thanks to Jamison for sorting out some clothing and a trial on a new bike, and to Sean for fixing my chain when I pulled it out the car to discover it had jammed itself behind the chain ring. All round legends.

Went to collect a bike as a gift. I don't usually ride bikes, particularly an electric bike, so this was my first time and I was excited to receive the gift. Unfortunately when I went to collect the bike from the service centre, the specialist seemed arrogant (eye rolls that were really visible) that gave the body language as if I didn't belong in the store. I told them that I don't know much about bikes.I asked him about the functions of electric bike since I've never ridden one. He proceeded to rush over the electric functions quickly, how to turn it on and off then told me to read the manual. I had more questions I was wanting to ask but with the way in which he spoke and acted, he obviously didn't want to help or had time to. I didn't ask anything else afterwards as it became uncomfortable to ask had it been to them would seem a simple question.I understand if he was busy, if so, he could have easily passed me onto a staff member who knew more intracies about the bike. Or if explaining features isn't his strong point (as he could have worked more back of house), just pass me onto a sales specialist on the floor to discuss the bike that had time to go over it with me if he didn't have time.Nice store but unfortunately bad customer service. The experience left the impression of make a sale

Jethrow was super knowledgeable and and helped me out with a new mountain bike. The coffee shop is also an added bonus, very nice coffee. All the staff were super friendly, I'd recommend checking it out.

Great guys and very helpful. Done my job straight away and it was just a crank removal and new tube. Very grateful still have amazing service like this town. Ill be back as I have 5 bikes and always need stuff done. Cheers

These guys are legends, the only place in Australia that I am aware of that had replacement parts for my fox helmet, which I didn't even buy from them. They have been really helpful and communicative and have shipped straight to my address. Highly recommended.
