First of all, It doesn't solve the problem anywhere, so I'm posting it here and my order number is 9558988.It's been two weeks since I placed my order and they still haven't shipped.There is no update after updating the tracking number that cannot be tracked.So I contacted the customer service center via email and Facebook messenger.But no one has solved the problem for 2 weeks.I still can’t believe it!When I inquiring via email or Facebook messenger, they answer is that the customer service team will contact you.If so, then why are you answering this question on Facebook Messenger by people who can't do customer service?So who's going to solve this shipping problem? Why do you keep putting off your work to someone else and make more delay?Why can't I make a head office phone call?How do you run a company so unprofessional like this?This product I ordered is a must use this weekend. How will you compensate for this waste of my time and stress?Please send me an express delivery within this week or if you can’t just refund my order.I will never buy your product again.Worst customer service ever.

Their products (especially the business/collared shirts) are just terrible. Once you wash them, creases can't be ironed out (I assume from the terrible quality material). I mean you literally are fleecing people, charging top dollar for what are essentially the poorest quality products on the market.I don't go out of my way to post bad reviews on companies but I just felt like this one tipped me over the edge because I felt like I have wasted too much money buying their garbage. So if this review helps as a warning to other people, then at least they will know what they're buying.The extra few dollars spent elsewhere is much more worth it in the long run. Believe me.

Visited your store in Campbelltown Mall with my son to get shoes and belt for his Graduation and Formal had been in previous for shirts.Rhys the shop assistant was marvellous above and beyond in his service to us,lovely guy

Called for assistance on a refund I needed,the head office staff were very rude unprofessional people that shouldn't be allowed to work in a office, one of them hanged up the phone and told me that they couldn't help, was like talking on the phone as a group call as they were all invloved at once asking each other questions like they didn't know how to do their job.Disappointed as I am a Connor regular customer and this is the kind of unprofessional staff that they hire .

I would like to compliment your employee Kale for the excellent service he provided me with. Kale’s commitment to customer’s satisfaction should be acknowledged.On Friday 23rd March I went into your Robina store looking for a white mandarin collar shirt for a function on the following Thursday night. I was greeted by Kale on entering the store. He stopped what he was doing and immediately assisted me in my search. his stock knowledge was very impressive. (although the shirt I was looking for was unavailable,) Kale took down my details and assured me that he would do everything he could to find me one, and would contact me in time to find something else if he couldn’t source the shirt I was seeking. Kale contacted me on Monday morning and he had the shirt at the Robina store for me. I was thrilled! ‘it’s perfect,’ it was also at a very reduced cost. Its encouraging to find such great customer service, Kale is friendly and professional. this has been an extremely positive experience

Credit card payment not being accepted online, I have tried to escalate to GM, no response to email in a week, My credit cards are working for coffee purchases through to paying rates, nowhere else are they being declined" MasterCard/bank state that the request is not getting through to them to approve or deny. I have suggested that they gather my order together and send it to local store so i can go and pay for it and collect it
