Bought a running 304efi motor from Terry that’s was supposed to be in running condition. To find the heads full of water. Paid $3000 for the motor. Every bolt was loose on the motor so it had obviously been checked before sale. Messaged Terry with no reply. Elclipse automotive told me they would help me out but basically told me on the phone there’s nothing he can do about it. Cameron was extremely rude over the phone .. Don’t trust these people! Got a text message from Terry telling me to apologise to Cameron and he will then transfer me money. Sad you can’t trust buying anything these days. Beware when dealing with these guys.

Cam and the team are great, very reliable and would trust them with anything regarding my cars.Been to many mechanics over the years who fluff around with what they'll do and price etc.Cam gives his honest opinion and if there is anything else needed to be done, he'll give you the heads up and tel you why it needs to be done.Highly recommend using the guys at Eclipse.

I have had my Volvo XC90 repaired by Eclipse Auto several times. Raj and co. are fantastic. He outlined the potential problem from the start and always kept me updated on what needed to be rectified. They also picked up faults in the suspension that were missed by another repair shop THREE times! I have no hesitation in taking my cars to Eclipse Auto. I have my Volkswagen Passat for sale and needed to get a roadworthy done, the reviews on here sold me to use Cams shop, so I gave him a call and he didn't answer, so I was about to move on and choose another shop but he promptly sent me a text and asked me if he could call back as he was on another call. Not many places would do that. As I had called elsewhere prior and was told by other shops they were too busy to fit me in for weeks. Cam called minutes later and even know they were still closed for the holidays, he booked me in the next day in between his tight schedule of working on customers cars before the official open date. After coming by I dropped the car off at the time promised, went and grabbed a bite to eat and come back a couple of hours later to a completed job. Will happily recommend his services to anyone. Very professional and prompt, great customer service and isn't just after your money.

A genuine and honest review.I have had auto services at Eclipse Automotive Airport West over the past 4 years. Every auto problem within that time has been effectively repaired without any dramas. Have mainly dealt with Cameron and Raj who are absolute gentlemen, and who listen to, and respect women. Really nice guys, efficient, professional and respectful service.

First of all I’d like to state the quality of his customer service. An absolute gentleman down to earth and very welcoming, definitely not your average local mechanic. Quality work with results in hours, very organised and professional would recommend to everyone proudly.
