Golden Tree Thai Massage - Strathfield

I have been getting the massage this place for few years.The staffs are getting changed and service is getting worse.Today I am so disappointed that She left the room three times for few minutes and I booked for 90minuts She finished few minutes earlier.

Didn’t felt like I had a good massage as compared to other massage centre in and around Strathfield. Plus I opted for an hour session which was done in 50 mins and I was being told hey its done.

I had a very frustrating experience on Monday afternoon with the receptionist from Strathfeild center whose name I believe is Onn.I visit this center frequently and I had collected various stamp cards with older cards quoting $60 and newest $70 for free massage.This particular Monday I went for a massage to use my free one.I had been paying $80 and higher for my usual massages. I thus wanted to use the newest card that quoted $70 free massage so that I can add additional only $10 instead of $20.I asked Onn to transfer my paid stamps to the newest card but she refused to do so saying she didn’t know how long I had the older card for and argued on saying that it had more stamps than the newest one and thus the free massage would be available as the rate of the older card.It was very frustrating making her understand that if I already have my newest card with few paid stamps on it then it’s my right to choose on which card I want my free stamp to go onto.I never had such experience with any other staffs working there. I would never prefer to deal with Onn be it for simple booking of an appointment let alone getting a massage from her if I do visit the center again.

I booked in for an hour massage and told the therapist where I’m in pain. She immediately focused on the cause of the pain, which muscle to target and my shoulder and neck pain alleviated. It was the best 1 hr massage I had. The therapist worth mentioning is MAI. My boyfriend stated the same and did not realise how tight his muscles are. His therapist name is ON. We will be coming back again.

Very good massage. Good service had a quality time Worth each pennies. We visit again soon.

Therefore please give me a space to explain what was happening to day afternoon because I don’t like something which is unfair review.Miss Smriti Vaidya got booking at 1 pm. She would like to get Grand Oil Massage for 1 Hr $80. She brings 3 Royalties Cards which isThe first one she has got 10 stamps which the one is free $65 valueThe second one she has got only 1 stamp which the one is free $70 valueThe third one same as the second oneSo I told her “ You have to pay $15 extra “ and she said “why I have to pay $15 I got free one”And I said “ Yes you got $65 free so the extra is $15”She said “ Why don’t you just transfer to new card” Which means she would like me transfer whole stamps (10 stamps, $65 free) to the new one which is free $70. I said I can’t do. She said I don’t understand her.However I let her used free $70 and I charged her just $10 extra which the photo that I attached belowThank youSorry if I did anything wrong

They charge high prices ..the Thai massage left me with body aches instead of easing them

Unprofessional massage skills, I don't know what deep tissue is. The masseuse also changed in the middle, and it ended 6 minutes early. worst experience

An overall rating of 85/100Been here around 3 times so far, and not once have I received a bad massage.2 were really great and 1 was above average. On that third time, there was no front man, so my masseuse left twice to answer the phone/receive bookings.The place is really well maintained, with a high level of cleanliness. I love the decor and this gives a real sense of authenticity.Must recommend for anyone in the area!
