What a joke, you are eligible to apply the grant only as per given period (4 August - 20 August - The Business Costs Assistance Program round 2/ july extension), they do not consider you were in self isolation and immense stress of getting covid positive. ONLY answer you have not applied the grant in given period even you were eligible. Really disappointedIf you missed to apply round two, you are not entitled to get round 3 and 4 top up payments because you missed earlier.

Granting process is just not fair, I wasn't aware of previous grants issued in the months of Aug and Sep, once I was aware that I was eligible I called them and asked can I apply in Round five? and, they simply said NO...WOW WOW AND WOW. The businesses who got support in the past are only getting again in round 5 as an automatic payments, what's the point of assisting people who has already got help. Help them who didn't least got previous grants. Shame on BV.

I applied for small business grant. I was supposed to get that within 15-30 days. Its been 3 months I haven’t got even a single email from them. I called them multiple times to know about my grant. Its still in process from 3 months. I’m amazed, if every document is real, then why would they take so long.For applying that grant, I borrowed 600$ from my friend, so that I can pay to my accountant. I went financially so down that i had to sell my car. I sold my spare phone phone. I even spend my days without food. This government made me sick. I cannot go back to my country. I cant eat good. Because i had no money. I cant tell my problems to anyone. I’m mentally depressed now. I cant sleep at night. Because i think of my every problem whole night. I have faith in ALLAH, and ALLAH will keep me safe. Ameen

Don't bother with these jokers. To give them a one star review is obscenely generous. The litany of mistakes, hours spent waiting to speak to a person and other calamities are too numerous to list. After receiving the first of 3 grants for all of our lockdowns, I've now been told I'm ineligible for the fourth one. What's changed? Nothing. No explanation as to why. Can I speak to someone to ask? Yes, if I have a spare 8 hours tucked up my sleeve.Basically it comes down to this. They don't know what they are doing. It is a bloated, self serving bureaucracy staffed entirely by people who would struggle to find, let alone sustain, employment in the private sector. Harsh but true. They are there to obstruct, not to help.

I have applied for the Business Cost Assistance Program since early August, have complained over 5 times and still no outcome, it is November now, exactly 3 months since the application. These grants are supposed to assist businesses with cashflow issues during the hard times, this kind of response kind of defeats the purpose. A grant of almost $30k could save a small business from bankruptcy but these people seem not to realize that.

They do not even deserve 1 star. 1 hour 7 minutes on hold, after they answered they gave me 10 seconds of trying to hear me, and hung up because they couldn't hear me. And did not call back. Didn't try hard enough to hear me at all. Come on this makes me beyond furious. All I need to know is can car detailers work during lock down or not. Why is it so difficult to find an answer. There is no information anywhere they says we are or not allowed to work. I've lost income and don't have any support grants. I've got bills to pay. Where is the support. May as well go to the cemetery and wait next to an empty grave.

I applied for digital adoptions grant for $1200 through my log in it was appear to be successful submitted but claimed that it was not submitted. They claim that they send me the emailed on certain date which i haven't got it. And they want me to re submit again. Which is not available .its very hard to trust.

A few good tips for anyone trying to navigate the Business Costs Assistance Program.1. Please make sure the verification/ID section is CORRECT. If you are using a drivers licence, check that the information is exact. The algorithm cross checks it with Federal agencies. If your Application has stalled, or is in draft status this is the main reason- Be careful.2. After completing the declaration, the final stage of preview and submission is problematic. When you are going over your submission it may seem that the boxes are no longer ticked- WRONG! The boxes have a white tick which you can barely see set against a grey background. It is quite faint, but look carefully. Also the yes/no questions also have a white dot with a grey ring around it which signals your answer. It may seem hard to see and faint also.The answer you haven’t chosen is just grey.I have been compelled to write this because Business Victoria have been aware of these problems for the last 12 months. The above 2 points are the most common errors which applicants encounter.

Abysmal. The phone number is exclusively managed by people working from home, and it's unclear where Home" is - my suspicion is offshore. You occasionally get the phone ringing out for 20-30 rings before you hear someone grab the phone

Still waiting for grant to be paid to us! ATO can do millions of tax returns and you get your return in 2 weeks. but we have to wait months for a grant that was promised to us! disgusting customer service. you have shown you don't care abut small business owners! another failure from this Victorian government!
