Not only did I get a great post-Covid short back and sides, but because I didn't know it was a cash business, I only had cards. I got up to leave but they insisted I stay and even when I asked for a bank account number to transfer money, they refused. I was so surprised and really moved by the generosity. I will definitely be back - with my wallet next time! Thank you George's - what a champion!

Wally and Carlos are true gentlemen and masters at their craft. Great barbers that do an excellent job! It doesn’t matter if you’re on the other side of 50 trying to look cool or teenagers like my sons who are cool these guys make us all look good. Thanks

I have been going to George's Old School Barber Shop for many years now and I have never walked out disappointed. Both Wally and Karl are experts in their craft and have always welcomed anyone that I have introduced to the shop. They're also very friendly people and always offer great conversation.

George's Old School Barbers, are a traditional or like the original barbers used to be. They take their time in crafting or sculpting your haircut, styling exactly as you request. Attention to detail and aim to please all their customers for a most reasonable price. If you are a fussy customer, discuss your hairstyle and they will listen attentively. It is an off-street shop with plenty of parking nearby. Great experience.

probably the worst haircut i ever got.some kid, maybe 9 years old, was cutting my hair. As soon as i thought he was finished, he made the sides again that he has already done, maybe for 3 or 4 times, so it took forever and he made it shorter then i wanted it to be. He probably wouldnt have ever stopped if i hadnt said that it is good now. Also it hurted as i have a few knots in my hair but he didnt bother to use enough water. I have to add that i have middle long hair curly hair.I was too polite to say no to a kid cutting my hair and just go.

Came here because usual hairdresser is away and based on good reviews. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. Was given no choice about having a trainee (young kid still in school) cut my hair and charged full price. As another guy mentioned he kept cutting the sides shorter and shorter (much more than I asked for). Left with bits of hair plastered over my face as well. If you're lucky enough to get the actual barber then maybe this place would be good. Would suggest giving clients a choice as to whether or not the trainee gets a go.

I have been coming here for 8 years. Even come back here when I was living out of Sydney and also the fact I now live 40 minutes away I still come here.Prices are fair and competitive, I have never been disappointed hence why I keep coming back here. The most important thing is here is the consistency and attention to detail when cutting / shaving - no one I have ever experienced comes closeI am happy to recommend to anyone no matter how far away you live.
