Plz make sure if you staff wants to have road rage, not to use company vehicle.

Nothing do do with their hires but a couple of weeks ago (over 3 actually), a small metal object fell off the back of one of their trucks and cracked my windscreen. I immediately contacted them as well as sent photos to their email to notify them without any response or acknowledgment.I was told that because i had no dash cam footage i could not hold them accountable even though i seen it with my own eyes. I even gave them the trucks location and description (they have trackers on all their trucks)I have tried to call a number of times with no response or calls back.I have since paid my access to repair the windscreen myself so for as good as they like to serve and take your money, their back of house service to me was inexcusable and completely rude
