If you have a Skoda and it needs a small or a huge job like mine this is the Only place in Victoria or Australia you should take it.Mark at G.W.A . is the Man that make magic happen. I had a bad 6 months and my car suffered at my economic downfall, as soon as I could afford to Service and change windscreen and A lot of stuff approximately $6,000. worth . This place is Authentic, Honest and keeps you up to date on how much things will cost and how long it will take. All work was done to High Standard and now we’ll…….. if you see a Skoda Octavia 2011 White colour..FLY past you , that’s me!!! Yep it GOES Fast…..And I no say a word of a Lie, upgraded Chip and work that Geelong West Automotive, did to is Off The Charts and I will Never Sell this car cause I have had every Brand New Holden GTS from 2001 to 2018 and this little Skoda Leaves then Dead Behind, thanks to my Mechanics and NO Ii am NOT related or in a relationship with No one from this place, Just Extremely Happy with one thing in my life, my Skoda, and it keeps me Happy!

Get both my Fords (Focus and Mondeo) serviced at GWA and have been pleased every time. They have fixed a problem that no-one else was able to solve. They call to discuss and quote price before starting work and always have it back within timeframe I need. Don't do work that doesn't need to be done unless you request it. Advise what will need to be done at the next service. Don't treat me (woman) like an idiot. The price I believe is reasonable for the quality and efficiency of the work they do.

I have been a very satisfied customer of GWS for three years. In addition to regular servicing they have responded to urgent checks and repairs all at very reasonable charges. They never proceed with extra repairs without checking in advance. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Best customer service and knowledge on Volvo I’ve had in my 26 years of Volvo driving. I feel very lucky to have GWA in Geelong to look after my loved car.

Terrible. Was going all the way to Melbourne and had an emergency situation but refused to provide me service. Blatantly said “I’m not a customer” and “couldn’t help” me without even checking my situation. Utterly unprofessional.
