I have been going here for just over a month and I can 100% say I have seen a positive change in my body and fitness. Reformer is incredible. Machines are top notch, staff friendly and know what they are doing. If you are thinking about joining, do it. You won't regret it.

I highly recommend Pilates + Bendigo to everyone of all fitness levels. This class-based gym offers the perfect amount of classes across a variety of times, in a clean, modern, fresh, professional studio. The boxing, reformer, barre, mat, yoga and a HIIT classes offered are amazing. The instructors and staff are super friendly too, as are the members.

Such a Fantastic Pilates studio plus so much more! My life has completely changed for the better because of Pilates +.All the staff are incredible people/trainers, I’m grateful for the kids friendly studios they offer for parents! I wouldn’t be able to attend if this wasn’t possible. I enjoy attending my 5 days a week and look forward to seeing all the familiar faces I’ve become great friends with! Keep up the good work Pilates team!

I attended their studio for the first time 3 weeks ago and injured my left shoulder. I have been doing Pilates for 6 years and this is the first time ever that I have injured myself because of an movement that wasn't taught safely. I have never done this exercise before as there are not many jumpboard classes in Melbourne so I trust the instructor. She told us to place our left forearms on top of the shoulder rest, set up the rest of the exercise where the feet and right hand would be and told us to jump. There was nothing against shoulder rest to take the impact of the jump. As a result, I slided off the shoulder rest when I landed, flew off the reformer, scrapped my left arm against the metal part of the shoulder rest and my right hand quickly grabbed on to the reformer before my head hit the ground. My left shoulder didn't hurt at first so I thought I could continue exercising. I then positioned myself against the shoulder rest this time to make sure I don't fall the next time. I wasn't the only client who fell, there were other clients who fell too. The clients told the instructor and the instructor put it back on the clients that their core is not strong yet. That exercise has nothing to do to with core muscles. The exercise was not set up safely to take an impact of the jump. When I got home, I felt the pain in my shoulder muscle. I iced it but the pain was still there after 2 days. I emailed my feedback to the studio owners and they responded after 3 days. They said that they will provide the feedback to their instructor team and hopefully my arm will get better. I attempted a side plank but the muscle still hurts after a week's rest. I emailed them to tell them that I will wait for another week to see if it was better. If it doesn't, I will see a physio as I could have possibly have an injury and will be sending my physio bills to them. There is no response this time hence the review on Google to get their attention.A major safety concern I have with this studio is that they allow young children to run amok in the studio while we were exercising. These children are under 4 years old. There is a playpen in the studio but the children were running around instead of being in it. They could trip and hit their heads against hard edges of the reformers. The studio needs to hire a child minder because it is unreasonable for an instructor to look after the children and teach at the same time. I don't recall seeing any signs or policies that children are to stay in the playpen. I hope that following this review, the studio implements a clearer policy on work health safety for their clients and instructors.
