Absolutely horrible, went in for a pedicure and manicure I spoke up about both and how it was uneven, not painted properly and was putting nail polish all over my foot and nails, when I spoke up she shrugged and started yapping to the other nail workers about how I was winging about the shape, doesn’t even deserve 1 star do not go here!!

SNS nails: top coat chipped off within 1 day of having a fresh set and SNS layer cracked within 1 hour. Extremely poor quality. Will never go back.

Super quick and efficient service. Got shellac on both feet and hands, however by the next day the shellac had already peeled off of three fingers. Pedicure also seemed very rushed.Otherwise friendly staff and very cheap. Only $90 for mani/pedi but would rather pay more for it to last longer (as shellac is meant to)

They were very rough to the point they scratched my skin off and made my fingers bleed. There is black hairs in my nails and bubbles to go along with that. Also they got nail polish all over my hands

Asked for SNS the same length as my nails (short) - when the technician took my previous SNS off she was not patient and ripped the tip off of two of my own nails underneath - leaving them as short as my fingers. Then missed the sides of the new SNS nails (see photos). Within one day one of the nails cracked and at least two of my fingers were bleeding from her being so rough with the drill. The place was empty when we went in yet it felt like we received a rushed appointment and left unhappy.

got my nails done here yesterday.. absolutely awful. do not go here, especially for nails. they looked like teeth. they were wonky, super uneven and didn’t even go to my cuticle. Went back and got them fixed, slightly better after being super critical, but still not worth the price.

What’s going on Michelle. Been coming here years and never had such bad SNS put on my nails as I did today. Although I complained whist there, the shrug and response that “your nail too short”. That’s why colour all over my fingers. What even!! Start training your staff. Last time I’ll be entering your store. Bad performance.
