Floor staff and pharmacist are incredibly rude.

Would not sell me eye drops as recommended by my doctor without a script for a non-prescription medication. Pharmacist would not come out and talk to me, just passed messages through other staff. Did not even offer to call my doctor. Purchased eye drops from elsewhere with a very helpful pharmacist who offered to call my doctor to confirm recommendation instead of sending me away with a sick and unsettled baby like Amcal did. Previously used Amcal for my family of 5 but I will not return to a place so unhelpful.

Have switched to this chemist after multiple bad experiences with another chemist.Staff here are professional, efficient, and follow through on their promises.Cannot fault the service we’ve received here.Starting to get busier and busier for scripts so need to take that into account when using this service.

Useless, had recently had a script filled here advised me I wasn't on their system, so they dispensed my medication in someone else's name. Very rude pharmacist who told me the doctor hadn't filled in the prescription properly, offered me 60 dollars to fill a private script however, seemed very money hungry as I noticed her offering this to quite a few customers. Poor customer service experience with both dispenser and the girl who greeted me quite rude. There are better alternatives In the area, avoid.

Very poor staff knowledge, was told I didn't need to book for flu shot on the Thursday then was refused on the Friday because I didn't have an appointmentAbsolutely joke of a serviceDO NOT RECOMMEND

Very disappointed that the beauty room is now closed. Ava is the best lash tech to ever touch my lashes without ruining them, hopefully they can get it up and running soon or i’ll have to find elsewhere

The floor staff are very nice and helpful, however, I had an after sale issue and I contacted the manager with my issue and she was very rude and quite hostile over the phone. She made the whole experience quite traumatic

I was caught on Sydney without my prescribed medication. After explaining my situation to George, copies of my Scripts were faxed to a local Chemist and I had my medication within an hour. Thank you for the great service.

Dirty store with poor management and uncaring staff, particularly the older ones.My visits there is generally not a good experience, but its location was convenient.Visited Wednesday 07 December 2022 around 5:30 PM for refill of medication I had filled a few times already, since moving to the area.My GP always makes a note that all repeats can be dispensed at the same time, negating the need to keep going back every 28 days.This location had filled all of my medications including this one, without any hassle.This time, however, perhaps the usual Chemist and younger staff had gone home, I ended up with an older woman behind the counter with low IQ and bad attitude with a female Chemist with worse attitude and low IQ.They refused to fill the prescription but one. So I left vowing to never go back; and will not.Doctor's authorization to dispense all repeat is discretionary and the Chemist usually glances over and after sizing me up authorizes the dispense.Never again will I go back to this dirty store with bad attitude!
