Daniel, Ben and Dave did a phenomenal job building our dream overland troopy! Very happy with our poptop, internal fitout, electrics etc. which was custom built to our designs. We use our Maxtrax table every day, the poptop sets up camp in literally seconds, and we got great practical advice. I'll also note Daniel was particularly patient with this pair of self confessed neurotic perfectionists! Highly recommend, quality product, look no further!

Online purchasing is not worth it. Ordered some items over a month ago, I didn’t hear anything so I rang and they said they’d get back to my. This happened 3 times with them failing to get back to me. Supposedly it’s in the post now and I was going to receive tracking detail but haven’t got them either. I get everyone is busy but if you have no intention in following something up maybe don’t say you will.

It's been over a week since I placed my order and despite 2 emails and a phone call I have yet to hear from them on when my item will be shipped. According to their website items will be shipped within 24 hours. Really disappointed and the definitely the last time I'd purchase anything from them as customer service is non existent.

Ordered a part 7 months ago. No communication about anything. Don't sell stock you don't have. I would stay away. Find other good websites.

Terrible customer service, wont return emails or sms, got the guy on the phone once and he was short with me borderline rude. He said a product would be available in a week (it's been almost 2 months still not available)Don't waste ur time!Appalled.
