It was very easy to create what I wanted and I really loved the end product. It was delivered in a timely manner considering it was a custom order. I was wrapped well so there was no opportunity for damage during shipping. I'm very happy with my purchase and would purchase from this seller again if I needed a similar product.

The sign arrived damaged, it does not light up as bright as it should and this company is disputing it. I have sent photos and a video, and yet no refund was issued. It came from mainland china and there is little recourse. You can see in the photo that only a small portion of the light actually turns on, almost none of the letters turn on, the ones that do barely light up. We removed the dimmer, that did not work, we did everything they asked, still not good enough for them, won't issue a refund.

This company is amazing. We got a big neon for the studio and after a year a couple bulbs went out. Custom Neon sent a whole new sign that was here in less than a week. You just do not find customer service like this anymore. Unreal. Thanks team

Our sign turned out most excellent! The neon designer was able to use my custom Illustrator file and match it perfectly. The sign arrived quicker than expected, and had a very high build quality. The low profile plex backing also looks great on our wall. The light red color was perfect for our house. Dimmer controls are also a nice touch. The power adapter and control cables were much bigger than expected, but the cords provided gave us enough room to cleverly hide them. Installation required a lot of planning, patience, and precision (not the easiest). Overall we are very pleased with the process and the final result!
