They pick up their phone so quickly when you call, they’re nice guys who outlined everything for me and answered all my questions. They didn’t rip me off and were very transparent with all the costs and expectations :) my car was in for a pretty big service and was finished in 3 hours. Such great service!

Staff are always super friendly. The managers look after me, they remember my name even if it’s been months between visits and no job is too small or too much bother. I have mobility issues and find it difficult to bend down to check the tyre pressure on my car and so I regularly pop in and they check for me without hesitation. Kind gestures cost little but are worth so much

Reply to the owner's comment: you never explained anything. You just said the damage is pre existing. And I showed you the before photo and explained million times the damage wasn't there before. You should just face to your fault and apologise that's what you have to do. You said you will get a quote and contact me soon when I left your shop. I can't understand how you can ignore your innocent victim like that. You can show me whole cctv during my car was there and somehow prove your innocent if you can but with fact and evidence not just only say it's pre existing. I don't have any fear because I know the damage wasn't there and you damaged it when you changed tyres. It's so obvious. Lots of tire fitters said the damage made by the rim dropped on its face. How could I make that kind of damage? The staff member who touched my car would know the fact. Please just confess your fault.Went there for changing tyres but they dropped my wheel and made lots of small pits on the middle of spokes. They don't care I have photos that I took at their shop before they started the job, just said it's not them it's pre existing without evidence or fact. At least one person there would know the fact because he dropped my wheel. Stop denying your fault and fix the wheel the same condition as before you damaged.
