Facilities were spacious and accommodating. Facilitator was engaging and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this course.

I really enjoyed doing my first aid course with Australia Wide Girst Aid. The course is well prepared and the delivery was easy to understand, with demonstrations for those who learn visually. The instructor was polite and knowledgeable, she clearly explained assessment expectations and kept the day flowing. I will definitely be booking with Australia Wide First aid for my yearly CPR refreshers and to update my First Aid Certificate.

Training was great, informative, interesting and to the point .I just did my cpr training today . I like the way the course was delivered. When I am due to upgrade my full first aid certificate I will be using this company. Next time I’ll just need to bring something soft to kneel on, lol.

I was quite nervous to do this course but the course educator was very enthusiastic and made the course easier to understand and remember.He was straight to the point and would guide properly the hand position, posture, timing of performing cpr.Short video clips to help show different examples of cardiac arrest. Now, I would be able to recognise this rather than, oh he fainted. I learnt alot from this course. I also didn't realise learning how to help asthmatics or giving adrenaline shots would be a part of first aid, so I was excited to learn and correctly perform what to do.We had a great educator who imparted his knowledge and experience in the field and how simple it is to perform cpr.I did this course to help me in times of an emergency situation. I just wanted to arm myself with knowledge and be prepared. Im very pleased to have done this course and am thankful for a great educator who wasn't boring.He spoke really quickly and gave short words to basically summarise the whole package. Eg...blue to the sky, orange to the thigh (administration of adrenaline needle to a person)Thank you for teaching me about first aid. I thoroughly enjoyed this course.

Judy was our Teacher, she was great. We all enjoyed our day with her. Ensuring we understand and was very efficient. I'll be back next year
