Red Rooster is one of one of the fast food venues I frequent the least. It’s been two or three years since I’ve had it. In fact, it was a YouTube review that brought me back to try the latest ‘sub box’ deal. I wouldn’t have minded being told that they might have been out of the small buns that are part of the deal. In this case the roll looked crudely ripped apart instead. Even cut by a ruler with a sharp edge would have looked better. That said, it still tasted okay (the chips were undercooked). But seeing that on opening was a bit of a shock (I got two and the second was the same)

Good food and staff members. Reasonable waiting time and plenty of parking. Really suggest trying their chips and gravy if you're after something light.

First time going to Red Rooster. Food was OK although the chicken pieces were a little greasy. Customer service was great but management needs to do something about that bit of perspex at the drive thru window. Might be good for security but not for handing customers their food.

Fighting and swearing amongst the employees, waiting over 30min for order . Only 4 customers in the shop. Disgusting language from management . And we Will not go back again

The restaurant was clean, and the air con was set to a very comfortable level. The food was great, especially their chips. The customer service is friendly and professional, and the food is ready in great time.

Chicken was cooked to perfection. Fresh, tasty and crunchy. Really recommend the hot honey. I will definitely come back again for the chicken. Did not like the sides. But that's my taste preference.Young guy who took my order was prompt and efficient. The young girl that gave me the order look like she don't want to be there.Not many dining in, plenty of clean tables available. Amenities was very clean and smells nice.

Absolutely DISGUSTED with the current offering from this chain! Recently ordered Rooster Rolls and they were less than half the size they were from the previous order. No longer a 'good value' chain!
