Alia and Shanaye are the best dream team close ups on most Wednesday nights. Jenna is awesome to chat to as well, so is Jacinta, Gauri, Sheree, Alison, Orion and Rebecca. Thanks you Jacinta as well helping me lose a lot of weight with my walking exercises every night when it doesn't rain.

I love to support local businesses when i can but offering the same medication at 5 times the price of your competitors is insane. i understand you would pay more compared to the big companies but i expected a few dollars difference and would be happy to pay that. Reassess your pricing for scripts,it shouldn't be such a huge difference. Service is good, staff are friendly and helpful it's just the pricing that can make the difference between going there and opting to go to one of the big chains.

My wife just called in asking for some eyedrops due to pain in eyelids and puffiness. May just be pollen allergy. Plan was to get something to help and get Drs advice Monday if symptoms persist. She was turned away & told need to see a Dr for a prescription for antibiotics. Our Dr is closed until Monday and we'e not bothering a hospital emergency dept for something that is not an emergency. Unable to even give some standard eye drops to ease her discomfort until Monday. Im a bit shocked as normally Pharmcists try hard to assist you. Maybe we'll try another Pharmacist today. He could have at least told us if there is a Dr available on weekend somewhere SOR. Our normal Dr is closed after 12 noon until Mon. Used to be good Pharmacy but maybe new badly trained staff ?

There is a standoffish woman that works there. She will literally stare at you and say nothing the whole time you try and put through a purchase. She never smiles and is quite rude. I felt super uncomfortable being served by her. It was only when i said 'have a nice day' that she responded 'you too' She has a slight accent and she's in her 40's (as far as I can tell) and I always avoid shopping there when she's on.

Great service and friendly, helpful staff.
